On 12.12.2023 the CFBT-NL organizes a "Coaching for fire department instructors" on the premises of the Training Base Weeze.

The coaching aims to improve your competencies in your role as an employee in the professional field of fire department instructors. It is aimed at all those who wish to acquire and develop professional skills.

As a fire department instructor, you need more than just technical knowledge. You must also be able to observe effectively, ask precise questions, and define learning objectives. This includes the ability to be aware of one's influence on the group and to take responsibility for individual learning processes.
